A. AITOMO is a chat app that lets you talk with AI characters by voice. It combines the latest LLMs (ChatGPT and Gemini) with high-quality voice synthesis, so you can enjoy natural conversation, roleplay, image generation, and more. Available on both iOS and Android.

A. Yes. By using the latest LLMs (Large Language Models), we achieve extremely human-like natural conversations, unlike older AI systems with unnatural responses.

A. Yes. AITOMO is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Enjoy conversations whenever it suits you, early morning or late at night.

A. No. An internet connection is required for real-time voice processing and AI response generation. Please use it in an environment with Wi-Fi or mobile data.

A. You can choose from four modes: Real Conversation, Roleplay, RPG Mode, and Japanese Learning Mode. Switch modes to match your purpose and mood.

A. You can preview each character's voice in the app, so we recommend choosing by voice and speech style first. Try out distinct characters like Zundamon or Shikoku Metan one by one to find the one that suits you best.

A. Three options are supported: Anonymous authentication (auto-created on first launch), Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In (iOS). Email/password authentication is not used.

A. Yes. You can continue using only the anonymous account. However, we recommend re-logging in with Google/Apple later, for data migration when changing devices and for account recovery.

A. Yes. Data accumulated in the anonymous account—such as chat history, points, and characters—will carry over even after you log in with Google/Apple and link the account.

A. You can delete your account from "My Page" → "Settings" → "Delete Account" in the app. Accounts created with SNS login (Google/Apple) are deleted immediately. For anonymous accounts, data is automatically deleted after a set period following app uninstall.

A. Yes. Basic play is free, and new users receive 300 points upon registration. Points can be replenished by watching ads, daily bonuses, and more, so you can keep chatting without paying.

A. There are two plans: Free and Premium Plus (¥1,280/month — no ads, 5x points, premium models, 800pt VIP daily bonus, unlimited ULTRAVOICE).

A. You can earn points by watching ads (up to 4 times/day), daily gacha (twice/day), app sharing (300pt / 7 days), enabling notifications (300pt), inviting friends (1000pt), daily bonuses, and a consecutive-login streak (1.0x–1.6x multiplier). Premium Plus adds an 800pt VIP daily bonus.

A. As a guide: 10pt per voice message via VoiceVox, 15pt via UltraVoice, 20–150pt for image generation, and 300pt to create a voice clone. Consumption varies by conversation and content generated.

A. You can cancel from iOS "Settings" → "Apple ID" → "Subscriptions", or from "Subscriptions" in the Google Play Store on Android. Premium features remain available until the end of the paid period. Per platform policy, purchased points and subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

A. We offer 10+ official VOICEVOX characters, including Zundamon, Shikoku Metan, Kasukabe Tsumugi, Kuroda Takahiro, Shirakami Kotaro, Aoyama Ryusei, Meimei Himari, Kyushu Sora, and Mochiko-san. You can also create original characters with the character creation wizard.

A. With the latest neural voice synthesis technology, we achieve realistic voice that reproduces breathing and intonation. Please give it a listen.

A. Yes. The 5-step character creation wizard lets you set name, personality, speech style, background, and more to create an original character. An AI-powered auto-generation feature is also available, so you can create a character effortlessly.

A. It's a feature that lets you upload audio data (mp3/m4a/wav) and use that voice as your AI character's voice. You can assign a favorite voice, a celebrity-style voice, or even your own voice to a character. The number and validity period of clone voices vary by plan.

A. VoiceVox is a high-quality Japanese-focused voice synthesis engine (10pt/message) that handles official character voices like Zundamon. UltraVoice supports all languages (15pt/message) and provides more realistic, natural expression.

A. Yes. By uploading a sample of your voice (in mp3/m4a/wav format) via the voice cloning feature, you can use your own voice as the character's voice. Up to 10 voices can be created on the Free plan (7-day validity), and up to 30 on Premium Plus (21-day validity).

A. Yes. Conversation history is saved in association with your account, so you can revisit past conversations at any time. This supports ongoing relationship building and re-reading of stories.

A. Chat and image generation use OpenAI and Google Gemini, and the text messages you enter are sent to each AI provider. They handle the data in accordance with their own privacy policies. For details, please see Article 10 "Use of AI Services" in our Privacy Policy.

A. Chat audio is automatically deleted after 7 days, and chat images and AI-generated images after 30 days. Avatars, system character images, user-registered voice files, and videos are retained. Cleanup runs daily at a set time to optimize storage.

A. Yes. Your conversation data is strictly managed. Since it's an AI partner, you can safely share private concerns that might be difficult to discuss with real people. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
