Payment Timing

Returns and Cancellations
Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions are automatically renewed. To stop automatic renewal, please cancel using the following steps:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AITOMO → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → AITOMO → Cancel
*You can continue using the service until the end of the current subscription period after cancellation.
Point Refunds
Points are credited to your account immediately after purchase. Once credited, points are generally non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- When duplicate payment occurs
- When points were not properly credited due to system errors
- Other cases where we determine a refund is appropriate
