Payment Timing
Payment is processed at the time of purchase. For subscriptions, payment is automatically processed at the start of each renewal period after the free trial ends.
Service Delivery
Service is available immediately after purchase completion. For subscriptions, service begins immediately after purchase completion.
Returns and Cancellations
Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions are automatically renewed. To stop automatic renewal, please cancel using the following steps:
- Web purchases: Cancel from "Manage or cancel subscription" on the Premium screen
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AITOMO → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → AITOMO → Cancel
*You can continue using the service until the end of the current subscription period after cancellation.
Point Refunds
Points are credited to your account immediately after purchase. Once credited, points are generally non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- When duplicate payment occurs
- When points were not properly credited due to system errors
- Other cases where we determine a refund is appropriate

- This service is available on the web (voicevox-chat.com) and as a native application through the App Store and Google Play.
- Web payments are processed through the payment system of Stripe, Inc. In-app payments are processed through each platform's payment system.
- Points are shared between web and app. Prices are displayed in each channel's currency.
